Andrew Mosawi - President
As President of iATS Payments, Andrew is responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s operations and growth. He has a proven track record serving nonprofits through technology and payments and over 15 years’ experience growing and leading businesses around the world.
Andrew originally worked for iATS from 2002 until 2007 and was instrumental in setting up the partner network that has grown the company to over 10,000 nonprofit clients and 100+ partners globally. In addition to his experience at iATS, Andrew was Vice President of International Business Development at Blackbaud, where he led the company’s global expansion through targeted investment, strategic partnerships and acquisitions. More recently, Andrew was the Chief Commercial Officer for Hayat; a multi-national pharmaceutical distribution company with offices across Europe and the Middle East.
Andrew is also dedicated to serving nonprofits as a donor, volunteer and advisor. He sits on several nonprofit boards as well as being a trustee of a family foundation.
François Chevallier - Vice President, Operations
François joined iATS in July 2016. He has spent the last 20 years leading teams, implementing new technologies, expanding businesses nationally and internationally, streamlining operating procedures and developing business plans. Fully bilingual in French and English, François holds a sales degree from IDRAC Montpellier in France, a Bachelor in Business Administration-Finance from UQAM, and an MBA from UBC. He is also a trained business and leadership coach and mentor.
In his spare time, François loves to coach soccer and field hockey. He is also an avid traveler who enjoys Vancouver’s many outdoors activities.
Daniel Mitchell - Vice President, Sales & Bus. Development
Daniel joined iATS in November 2016. With over 20 years in sales management and leadership success, he has worked with innovators across multiple sectors, built high-performance sales teams, and supported multiple clients including Fortune 100 companies. An engaging business speaker, Daniel is also a sought-after business mentor and advisor. In addition to Daniel’s professional experience, he is an active volunteer and board member in the non-profit sector.
When he is not working, his rambunctious toddler keeps Daniel on his toes. Before becoming a father and losing his spare time, he enjoyed downhill skiing, paddle-boarding and quiet dinners with his wife.
Christopher Roberts - Vice President, Technology
Christopher joined the iATS team in February 2017. He has spent the last 20 years leading DevOps teams in the financial services and payment processing space. Most recently, Chris served as Director of Technology at the mobile payments company MCX, responsible for establishing processes in Service Delivery and Release Management. Chris has a Master's degree in Mathematics and a Bachelor's degree in Instrumental Music.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys road cycling, playing soccer, and performing as a professional trumpet player. He has had the pleasure of performing the National Anthem for MLB's Texas Rangers. Chris sits on the board of a non-profit established in memoriam of a family member.
Anita Lui - Customer Care Manager
Anita joined iATS in July 2014 with a very diverse background, from Human Resources and Sales to Technical Implementation and Project Management. She has over 20 year experiences in customer service and her main objective is to provide iATS’ customers effortless customer care and support.
Dave Redfern - Sales Manager
Dave joined iATS in May 2015 with a background in sales, systems, and customer service. Dave is passionate about offering a quality experience with every interaction. He gets excited about streamlining day-to-day processes through technology to allow people to spend their time on what they care about.
